Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for:
Damaged products (caused during or after delivery).
Products the customer simply does not like.
Digital/downloadable products (if offered in the future).
Refunds are available only if a wrong product is delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of wrong product delivery.
Customers must submit proof (photo/video) within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, the correct product will be shipped at no extra cost.
Important Note
Damaged products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
All sales are considered final except in cases of wrong delivery.
